Add guide how to use

Not really urgent, but it may be useful for some people to add guide that appears after first install.

• [ ] Pick your language
• [ ] Pin extension icon in extensions bar. There are API to handle event and check it's done, to enable button "next" only once step will be completed.
• [ ] Select translators you wish to use
