Is this API able to fetch results anymore?

I am always getting blank response. Is anyone else facing this? I am based out of India. Is that the reason? Connecting to VPN results in error anyway.

Found a fix, Open bing and send a message to bing chat AI so that it can verify the session key once its done you can use the _U key in the API :>
