"Pretty" name doesn't get saved for GGUF models downloaded from the gallery

If you download the model called "LLama 3.2 1B Instruct GGUF - Q6_K" from the gallery it shows up in your local model list as "Llama-3.2-1B-Instruct-Q6_K.gguf". This might make it difficult for a user to find the model they just downloaded!
