"Failed to Download" popup after you download a model

On a mac, I am finding that every time I download a model it says "Failed To Download" when it finishes downloading. The API is reporting this error:

sqlite3.OperationalError: database is locked

This appears to happen at the end of download every time. If you try to redownload it then immediately finishes successfully.
