Failed to remove player

Hi,

This error isn't specifically linked to build 134 but is linked to hMod in general. Basically the server stops responding for a few seconds (recently the worst was about 1 minute) and then shows a lot of the messages in the following screenshot. The last instance spammed the server for about 20 seconds. This doesn't save in the log though which is why I have a link to the screenshot instead:

I can confirm this issue. It's something that happens with hMod every now and then, sadly enough.
