Support for storing large files out of Redis

Really large objects will just gum up Redis. In some projects we store the filename but not the data; it'd be nice to automate this.

This could be done at the level of storr where we have an annex for large files, addressed the same way but on a common volume.

Or it could be explicit in rrqueue (run and store out of memory).
