[Epic] Run Dockerfiles

In practice, we could run debloated binaries within a Docker container. If GT is already creating Dockerfiles for hosting the debloating tools, we could piggyback off of those to run the debloated binary within the isolated/preferred environment.

We will need to run this by GT before we start working on it and then fill out the details of how this would actually work.
