Support EC2 Instance Metadata Service (v2) for deployment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am frustrated that I need to enter AWS credentials when they are already available via the EC2 Instance Metadata Service v2. This is available when running the setup scripts from various places (such as ec2 and firecracker).

Describe the solution you'd like When the setup scripts detect that EC2 IMDSv2 is present they:

1. Present the default option to use credentials from EC2 IMDSv2 (rather than manually entered).
2. Change the default AWS region to be the same as the current region

Describe alternatives you've considered I keep entering configuration manually.
