Add guidance for protecting against these attacks in README

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the tool provides various ways to attack a users model. It would be beneficial to the user to also inform them of ways in which they can protect their models.

Describe the solution you'd like. Consult the relevant literature and consolidate advice, such as using differential privacy.
