Hi,

Making a version of the teensy beats with a simpler blue LCD as a x0xheart sequencer would maybe be a relatively easy conversion. Would be a great project. Recommend doing it without the touchscreen though. Actually supposedly half the x0xb0x board is layed out as a sequencer. So it could be really easy for a skilled board designer to convert.

What's the benefit of an SMT version? In my experience, nobody would build one.
