Integration to AWS services control planes to work outside out Kubernetes

Proposal

It would be great for this mesh which would fit nicely to fit in with other docker based deployment control planes, such as AWS ECS Orchestrator)/ AWS AppMesh (Service Mesh) / AWS CloudMap (Service Dicovery)

Background

I use Traefik proxy very happily with ECS Integration and it works really well. I would like to use the mesh features in AWS ECS too.

Workarounds

TBD - early in Traefik.
