Feature/docker compose build

  • I changed the gitignore file to use a more precise one generated with gitignore.io website.
  • Added Dockerfile and docker-compose file to help others who doesn't has a python development stack setup.
  • Added other infos in the README.md file too, about the Docker feature

It would be really nice if you could provides a docker image in docker hub ;)

Is there a reason that this did not get merged or is this something that should be hosted in a different repo? Would be far more convenient if the application was dockerized and pushed to docker-hub.
