remove scientific notation for performance chart

Goal

As an investor, I may have little knowledge of scientific notation. I also want to focus on changes in PnL that are significant.

Summary

For the performance chart, very small changes are shown in scientific notation. E.g.

Acceptance criteria

• The lowest tick for the percentage line should be two decimal places i.e. 0.01% up or down
