Having that env var present, enables call by number function.

This happened because of the recent change in epoch duration. 🙂 The UI was tailored for 1 hour / 30 min epoch duration. But yeah, good catch 👍🏻

@nenadjaja how is that one calculated?

It's white if you type in normally, but your issue has to do with pasting the formatting instead of keeping just the text. I'll let @nenadjaja know about this.

This happened to me as well on a simple dump/restore within the same version (13 to 13.1) && next release upgrades (12.4 to 13)

`decisionBasis never` should turn everything off from my understanding. Hopefully Ford can clarify once he sees the tag.
