Cannot Uninstall Program

I am experiencing the same issue as in https://github.com/trackmastersteve/alienfx/issues/86 so I would like to uninstall the program. Following what was said in https://github.com/trackmastersteve/alienfx/issues/111, I tried pip uninstall alienfx but receive the following error:

alienfx still appears under pip list (3 times for some reason) however.
