1. Expected behavior.

Theme should change upon applying a theme

2. Actual behavior.

The FX is stuck on "Applying Theme"

3. Steps to reproduce the problem.

  1. Open AlienFX
  2. Select colors, click apply

4. Specifications like the version of the project, install method, operating system, and hardware.

  • Project Version: 2.4.0
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Hardware Version: Alienware 15 R4

Having the exact same issue with an Alienware m17 R5 on Linux Mint 21.1.
