Workflow update-cargo-lock does not trigger CI checks

Despite the addition of Cargo.lock in the paths of test workflow in PR https://github.com/tracel-ai/burn/pull/1326, the pull requests created by the workflow update-cargo-lock don't trigger the CI checks from test. See for instance this PR: https://github.com/tracel-ai/burn/pull/1338
