Consider migrating to LocoKit

I just stumbled over LocoKit, a LGPL licensed iOS framework to track positional data.

Given its maturity and features, consider using it as base for the Traccar iOS client. It might help to increase tracking precision, reduce battery draining and maybe work around the background execution issues reported occasionally.

Unless there is an analog for Android, I'm afraid we won't be able to use it. We want to keep Android and iOS functionality as close as possible.
