Everything else looks abandoned. This package deserves to be at the top of the Google search results.

For me just simple reading capacity already worked wonders. I populate database with my Rust app and process the acquired data with Python.

thanks for the amazing work @trK54Ylmz and @krpatter-intc this was the only package that worked with python for me. This should be the top package IMO. other packages are just broken.

Thank you for creating rocksdb-py — it's a very useful wrapper for RocksDB, and I’m sure it has helped many developers. I’ve noticed that the repository hasn’t been updated for some time. With full respect for your work, I’d like to offer my help in maintaining and continuing the development of the project.

If you’re no longer planning to actively maintain rocksdb-py, perhaps you’d consider:

• transferring ownership of the repository (if that’s comfortable),
• or adding me as a maintainer so I can support the community and contribute updates.

Of course, it’s entirely up to you — I will fully respect your decision.
