[Suggestion] Seperate settings for arms and vanilla auto-switching

Heyho,

I want to suggest two things:

1. Seperate settings for how to show the two arms: For people who want their main hand to be vanilla, but also see the other arm rendered with the body.

2. Auto-Switching to vanilla hand if something is held, turning vanilla hands off if there is nothing in the hand(s).
