First person model isn't even showing

Every time I load in it still won't load in, I've downloaded all of its dependencies, and it still wont work. Please help.

There is only one dependency and its not needed for it to show up, just to fix animations. Do you have the correct mod/modloader combo, correct mc version, does it show up in the mod list, any mods that replace the player model, did you perhaps press f6 which toggles the mod off? Bestcase provide a latest log.
