Mekanism Multiblock Structures

Open rVanix opened this issue 3 years ago • 11 comments

Hey, I know that this is not a real issue, but I'm still wondering if there is a way to exclude mekanism multiblock structures like the turbine from culling. Because I still want the animations of the machines.

Would be nice if there is a way.

Thanks.

I mean give it a try? The config file has a blacklist, add the blocks into there and check rather that did the trick. Otherwise, Mekanism could fix that by correctly providing the visual box of the multiblock. (Also make sure you are on 1.4.0)

ok thanks, should I add every block of the turbine to the black list or just the ones that should not be culled?

The "main block"(the one that internally does the animation) should be enough, worst case add all block types. If that works might also open an issue on Mekanism to fix their BlockEntity visibility box(again, this only works if you are at least on 1.4.0).

In your mc install config/entityculling.json

Then you don't have it installed/the wrong version/use some weird launcher?

Oh yeah I had to relaunch the game that was it

Any update?

Oh yeah sorry. I fixed it by adding it in the config file, thanks

Please pass the keys you've added for that, I'll add them to the default config.
