Does this come with Velocity support that came with normal PaperMC?

As the title says, does CraftFabric support Velocity?

This project is currently on hold to see how https://github.com/FukkitMC/CraftFukkit develops. If it happens that CraftFukkit won't reach any useful stage I will continue with this, and probably also add Bungeecord/Velocity support (There it would be interesting to maintain Forks that allow pre-release/combat snapshot protocols).

I had it running with fabric-forwarding on a pvp snapshot with a Bungeecord server. So it probably should work with Velocity that way. But like stated, for now, I won't continue with this till I know how CraftFukkit turns out.
