Add cleveland tests for TZIP-16 metadata

Clarification and motivation

We want to add some Cleveland tests to make sure:

• The contract's metadata is correctly originated (whether it be in a separate dedicated contract, in the same contract, or simply use the given URI)
• The metadata contains the description from the --description option
• We can run the off-chain views.

This task depends on:

Some preliminary work has been done in this branch: diogo/#158-test-metadata

Acceptance criteria

We have some Cleveland tests covering the scenarios above (and whatever scenarios we think would be helpful).
