Saturn firm need some adjust to work with BIOSv1.00.

I test it with retroblue+ds4, scroll not work in menu when change the map. I'll debug it later.

ROM cartrodges is conflict with saturn firm. Please use YZB's hack version: https://segaxtreme.net/threads/yzbs-4mb-hacks.24601/

YZB is work for this.
