Would love for this project to receive translations to other languages, such as English. This would allow for people who don't understand Chinese to be able to navigate the menus.

Wow that's really cool!! This was one of the reasons I was hesitating my purhase!!!

(Everyone online was complaining about the language barrier and I didn't know there was an alternative firmware!)

If I acquire one, how do I flash a new firmware onto it? (If you prefer to shut down this question and simply point me to a guide or tutorial I'll be more than satisfied! Thanks! And sorry for the inconvenience!)

The usage method is the same as for Chinese firmware but English firmware is developed by individuals, so it depends on whether the order was purchased from the English firmware developer

I know Spanish already. I will put some seperate request for TPU to add Spanish, once I find the time to translate and hand it to him.
