King of fighters 95 issue

Hi, king of fighters 95 works and plays fine. But when I go back to sega saturn menu (start a.b.c) and press start. Game keeps booting up. Pressing Start on the dash board doesn't take me to saroo menu ?

When KOF95 start, thr firm space will be replaced with ROM data. You cant use this feture to back to SAROO menu.
