Croc - Legend Of The Gobbos (US)

When I load up and start playing Croc - Legend Of The Gobbos (US) the game starts. But the character Croc has no head on his body. Just some eyes appear (and disappear) as I move around the screen. Is there a way to fix this? I noticed that there was another issue report on Github that has since disappeared saying the game wouldn't load up. I already added the suggested correction for that:

But I now have a headless Croc character when I try to play. Has anyone else seen this? I have a brand new Saroo v0.6 Blue elite board. I just got the Saroo last week. So it, in and of itself, is the latest and greatest if you will. I need to fix Croc. Help a brother out please.
