Sound hissing after in game reset in menu and up until after sega logo loads in game

Have others experienced this as well?

Power cycling the Saturn fixes it, and I don’t think once a game gets going it’s an issue

though I let outrun intro loop and in a moment of silence the hissing started ramping up

I attribute it as an in game reset bug bc I don’t think I ever noticed it if I power cycle after every game but

curious if others had same issue

I also don’t use any audio files for saroo boot up I got tired of that when I first loaded an animated background image

It’s a va7 I think jp model2 not sure that matters though
