[data-export] Copy filtered records only

At the moment it is not possible to copy only the filtered records. So you have to copy all the data and do the filtering in another tool like Excel.

It would be cool if you could say via e.g. boolean if you want to copy only the filtered records.

I did the changes on the branch feature/copyFilteredRecords.

hmm from ux point of view is it possible to ask when export if filtering or all only when filtered is done ?
