[data-import] Enable editing a cell in the import screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was importing a few hundred records and I got two failures due to one field having bad data.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to edit the fields inline and then retry failed records

Describe alternatives you've considered I have to copy the data back to excel to edit there or create the records manually, both are not ideal
