[metadata-retrieve] Redo Download with same settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Lots of times I find myself downloading the same Metadata packets because I'm working on them over and over. At the moment you have to refresh the page and manually select the checkboxes everytime.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to have a "Download Again" button to restart the process with the same settings.

I'm currently working on a refactoring of this page to provide a detailed view of the metadata and a preview of the generated package.xml My goal is to store the last selection in localStorage so this request should be implemented on the same time:
