[data-export] Query Record does not use toolingApi param

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Data Export
2. Run the query SELECT Id, DebugLevel.DeveloperName FROM TraceFlag
3. Clic on "DebugLevel" from first record
4. Select Query Record

Expected behavior Redirection to data export page with the record queried with "Tooling API" checked
