consider add [s and ]s to scroll previous window up / down ??

Sometime, I am editing a .c file on the left split while referencing a .h file on the right.

It is necessary to see the next page content of the .h file when I edit for a little while.

So, can we have a [s and ]s to scroll up / down the previous window without switching window ?

I remember emacs has such feature.
