AWS Athena adapter

I'd love there to be an AWS athena adapter. I see there is some work started on a DynamoDB adapter: https://github.com/tpope/vim-dadbod/pull/164 , and Athena should be similar-ish.

I would love to contribute this in a PR but it's not very documented how to add a new adapter or whats the best way, and I see many open PRs with subtly differing implementations 🙃
