intro documentation for tss2_* set of cli tools is missing

There should be a start up / intro guide for tss2_* set of cli tools. Where to start, how to provision, create keys, sign/verify, policies, EA, etc. JSON stuff, etc. What to invoke , what are the concepts, etc. I can't read FAPI spec on TCG site because I'm stupid and have no time.

@celesteking yes that's true. We haven't had the chance to do it yet due to a lack of resources. It would be great if you could create a short tutorial that describes typical beginner problems.
