The problem with tpm2_getekcertificate described at https://github.com/tpm2-software/tpm2-tss/issues/2537 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2158598 (tpm2-tools 5.2 with tpm2-tss 3.2.1) could be solved by a change in the tpm2-tools: tpm2_close should not be called in the function tpm2_util_nv_read_public.
