Run ftxvalidator

Not working yet. It is an Apple tool, called by FontBakery.

I will try reinstalling Xcode and related bits. Sigh.

OLD error message:

Reinstalling XCode did not help. XCode command line tools are up to date. I reinstalled Font Tools for XCode 11.

Now instead of failing to run, ftxvalidator is just not found at all.

NOTE: seeing as Apple’s ftxvalidator simply runs the same checks as Apple’s Font Book validation, one reasonable alternative is to simply install and validate in Font Book. I am doing this as a workaround, and today’s font build passes with no warnings or errors.
