update Functional3D to nuget, VS1015 and add space and 0 to stop and reset view

Hi tomas, I found your F# 3D code while looking for something to generate STL for 3D printing. this pull request introduces nuget for the OpenTK components (with the right versions), and a small addition to the keys in the view.
