No functional website/docs

This could be posted in the documentation repo, but the pyocc website also seems to be down.

I'm having a bit of difficulty getting started and would just like to know where the best place to look at examples/seek help might be. The Google Group is also a dead link.

Also, the website seems to be taken over by a third party: http://www.pythonocc.org/ It now links to generic python tutorials. The website is at least linked in the old mono-repo (https://github.com/tpaviot/pythonocc) and on the Twitter account.
