Basic Haiku support

Obviously without X11 support as Haiku got no X server. All tests passed.

Travis fails, is it a known problem?

@extrowerk Travis builds fail sometime. Indeed Travis build are limited to 50mn maximum, sometimes compilations takes more time (it can go from 35mn to more than 50minutes according to Travis load).

Current work if focused on occt720 support I'm not sure to release another 0.18.x version, unless someone absolutely need it. You can contribute an Haiku support on top https://github.com/tpaviot/oce/tree/review/occt-720-patches
