Vertex tolerance is not recognized during edge creation (in certain cases)

Hi, I'm not sure whether this is the right place for a bug report concerning a part of OCC itself. My report on the official forum seems to stay unrecognized. If not, please feel free to remove this report.

Hello, the fix is straightforward, I believe that we should apply it. Do you know how to generate a test case, either in C++ or with DRAW commands?

This has been submitted to OCCT's issue tracker: http://tracker.dev.opencascade.org/view.php?id=22605 but it doesn't seem like they're going to fix it, so I'm leaving this open.

Update: this has just been given a target version of 6.8.0, so hopefully OCCT will fix this after all.

Target version changed to 7.1.0, will re-check this when it is released.

This is registered as a bug by upstream id OCC22605 (http://www.opencascade.com/content/bug-vertex-tolerance-not-recognized-during-edge-creation-certain-cases). It has recently being fixed, but not released yet.
