WIndow title displays only once

When I set the window title (ctrl+alt+T) and then hover over the FF icon in the windows taskbar I see the window title set correctly. But after clicking one of the windows I no longer see the set window title when hovering over the FF icon in windows taskbar. So, this add-on is rendered useless.

I'm running FF v117.0.1 on Win10 Pro.
