Feature request: Put the custom title after the window title

I'm mostly using this addon to automatically move windows in Sway (tiling window manager), so the important thing for me is that the title is there. but I don't need to see it as a user. It would be nice to have an option to put the custom title after the window title.

Really appreciate this addon, works great and is nice and simple!
