Include window titles in "recently closed windows" menu

I have noticed that window titles dont seem to show up in the History > Recently closed windows menu of firefox, which makes it harder to determine what a window is for based only on the title of the most recent tab open in that window.

What would be necessary to allow the chosen window title to be included in this menu? Happy to look into creating a pull request if desired
