Switch for disabling/enabling automatic connection to devices

As in title, I would like to flag some devices as no-autoconnect, is it possible at all?

I don't know of any feature in the framework that allow that, quick search gave me stackexchange question with suggestions to try few plist keys and few answers relying on blueutil :D Plist method seem to not work for everyone and unfortunately requires admin privileges, so it would be a bit odd to be handled through blueutil, as all other functions should not be used with admin privileges to prevent problems
