Hard relation to custom.css will lead to 404 when using different theme

The hard inclusion of custom.css (https://github.com/tox-dev/sphinx-argparse-cli/blob/4a542ff54cb34e6400fece0e320e37025d4514bf/src/sphinx_argparse_cli/init.py#L9) will lead to a 404 error when using different themes (e.g. sphinx_rtd_theme or sphinx_immaterial):
