Support --output and --exclude-regex

Adding support for an output file name and using an exclude regex because listing a lot of packages by name is a pain

Ok I think a lot of what I you are asking makes sense. However I do not have the time to make a task out of this so perhaps I should not have made a Pull Request but rather have send you a message and said: Here is some additions I made feel free to use it. Shall I close the PR and you can then do with the code what you want?
