Update README.md to include instructions?

Could the README.md be updated to include compile instructions? Also maybe usage instructions?

Great suggestion @kevinkn! I'd welcome a PR, and if no one else gets to it, I will eventually.

I've been compiling the Particle firmware locally (git clone, make).

If you are using make then is there a Make file missing from the repo?

I can write something up if I can get it working myself.

Given that Carloop now has https://www.carloop.io/apps/ then that's how this repo should work.
