"Just do it" install script

When we have the infrastructure in place (images pushed to Docker Hub, etc) an inexperienced user should be able to run a single command and get up and running - possibly without even cloning the repo.

We hate it but possibly even the classic curl | bash one liners you see all over the internet...

We're still testing the branch with the new XTTS2 TTS model. It's very, very early upstream and we're still identifying issues but it provides and night and day TTS experience compared to current WIS.

Once these issues are resolved we will merge that branch and push Docker images.
